Enjoy the sun and breeze along the lakeshore during our daytime walking tour. This tour can be as long or as short as you like with the standard length being approximately 3 hours, but make sure to bring sunscreen because it does get hot!

Come with me on a sunset/nighttime walking tour along the lakeshore in search of the famous glowing Yooper rocks! I have my own black-light flashlight that we can use to scour the beaches. This tour can also be as long or as short as you like with the standard length being 2 hours.

This trip can either start at the public beach and end at the bluffs, or we can stay at one or the other for the entirety. It is totally up to you! I will give you a general geologic history of the area and the great lakes and answer any and all questions you may have! There is something fun for every age :)
You WILL be needing a few things!
BUG SPRAY - the fish flies can get nasty
SUN SCREEN - the sun is no joke
HATS/JACKETS - in case the wind is a bit chilly
GOOD SHOES - or water shoes if you plan on wading in
BUCKETS/SCOOPS - I don't carry this equipment yet

This trip will begin at the bluffs, we will meet in Grand Marais just before sunset and head from there. I will guide you along the shoreline with my regular and black-light flashlights. I will help you find a beautiful glowing yooper rock!
